CONTROL AND PREVENTION

SENSITIZATION

  • Basic induction to guests and suppliers of the prevention and control plan.
  • The use of technological means will be prioritized for check in – check out and others.

CAPACITY

  • Capacity in shared rooms at 60%.
  • Physical distance of 2 m.

QUALITY AND HYGIENE A&B

  • Restaurant capacity at 60%.
  • Letter on board and / or digital channel (via whatsapp, email or other means).
  • Use of PPE required for A&B personnel.
  • Washing and disinfection stations.

CHECK IN

  • Entry 2 p.m.
  • Signature of Affidavit.
  • Upon admission, temperature measurement and registration.
  • If the client passes this control correctly, his key will be given to him by disinfecting it with alcohol and his luggage will be disinfected with quaternary ammonium.
  • If any symptoms are present, the established protocols will be activated. If you need quarantine within the Fundo, accommodation and food expenses are paid by the passenger

INSIDE THE FACILITIES

  • In common areas maintain social distance and wear a mask.
  • It is recommended not to smoke.
  • Do not enter closed areas.
  • You must leave your key at Reception every time you leave our facilities.
  • Meetings with music and liquor are not allowed inside our facilities.

RESTAURANT

  • Breakfast is served from 7 to 9 a.m. in the classroom.
  • In the living room only 2 people per round table and 8 per large family group table.
  • Room service will have a 10% surcharge
  • The pool service will have a 10% surcharge.

IN THE ROOMS

  • The change of sheets and towels is normally done every 3 nights of stay.
  • If the passenger wishes to change sheets and towels during their stay, they must request it at the Reception.
  • If the passenger wishes to clean their room, they must request it at the Reception and the cleaning hours are until 12 noon.

IN THE POOL

  • Hours: 10:00 a.m. at 7 p.m.
  • Pool restaurant service: from 11:00 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. It has a 10% surcharge
  • One pool towel will be delivered per guest to use throughout their stay (request it at Reception)
  • Shower and wash your hands before entering the pool.
  • Inside the pool maintain social distance.
  • Outside the pool, wear a mask and maintain social distance.
  • The use of floats, mats, balls and the like is prohibited.
  • The pool is cleaned daily and the PH and chlorine are measured.

ECOLOGICAL PARK

  • Ask Reception for the map or the application for your mobile.
  • Open from 8 a.m. at 5 p.m. It is recommended that the last departure be at 3 p.m.
  • The entire hike lasts 2 hours.
  • Schedules will be coordinated by family groups.

CHECK OUT

  • Departure at 12 noon.
  • The collaboration of the passenger is requested, turning off lights, fans and / or air conditioning.

BAR and CONFERENCE ROOM

  • By Ministerial Resolution No. 081-2020- MINCETUR, dated May 8, these services will remain closed.
